Solid South American species selected for hardness, grain character and colour depth. Every profile is milled at 3/4" thickness for nail-down installation over wood subfloors, and stocked in Concord, Ontario for same-week dealer pickup and GTA delivery.

White Oak Engineered Flooring
Solid-sawn Russian white oak veneer over a poplar core, wire brushed and finished in a European colour range. Available in 18 mm and 15 mm builds up to 10.24" wide, plus a chevron format — the workhorse of the Sunca line for residential and light-commercial specification.

Exotic Engineered Flooring
The hardness and figure of South American species in an 18 mm engineered build with a 3.5 mm wear layer. The three-layer eucalyptus construction holds width better than solid stock across Ontario's seasonal humidity swing, and installs by nail or glue.

Vinyl Flooring
The Sunca Rigid Core collection is a luxury vinyl plank combining waterproof construction with strong acoustic performance and oak-grain décors. The core blends limestone powder with stabilizers for an exceptionally dimensionally stable plank, and the attached underlayment helps meet the strict acoustic requirements common in Ontario condo buildings.
